Return and Refund Policy

BC Creative Solitions, LLC may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 30 days or purchase. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion.

You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from BC Creative Solitions, LLC to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
